Cancelation Policy
Mrs. Harris understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In her desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is requested when canceling an appointment. In the cases of no-shows and late cancelations, the client is expected to pay the full amount of the missed appointment prior to scheduling their next appointment. If the client schedules an appointment with the intent of paying with a Mountain Massage or Huntsville Massage Professionals gift certificate and he/she no shows, then the gift certificate is automatically forfeited.
Late Arrivals/Late Cancelations/No Shows
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, Mrs. Harris will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
